How we use it

We use what you send us to reply to you, to discuss and evaluate a possible acquisition, and to keep a record of our conversations. We do not sell your information.

We treat information about your business as confidential, and we will sign a mutual NDA before reviewing any financial information. We may share information with professional advisors, such as attorneys and accountants, only as needed to evaluate a transaction, or when the law requires it.

Keeping and deleting it
